Another week of my weight loss journey to lose half my weight naturally. This was a rough week, food wise. I emotionally ate more than I wanted to. However, I still tracked it.

Success: lots of steps and protein

Failure: over calorie budget, no exercise

Protein: 107g

Exercise: 15 min yoga, 15 min strength training/cardio

Steps:  6,050

Success: lots of steps and exercise!

Failure: wayyyy too many calories


Difference from last week:  +1 lb

Total lost from start weight: -36lbs
