Exercise: none (I’m sick today tho so I don’t feel so bad)

Success: tracked food even though I’m not feeling well today

Failure: too many calories

Protein: 160g

Exercise: 10 minute walk

Steps: 4,389

Success: stayed under calorie limit

Failure: not enough steps

Protein: 156g

Exercise: none (almost done being sick)

Steps:  4,248

Success: stayed under calorie limit

Failure: not enough steps


Thursday, August 15, 2024

Calories in: 1,959

Protein: 145g

Exercise: none

Steps:  3,857

Success: felt very anxious today but no emotional eating. Stayed under calorie limit

Failure: no exercise. I’m done being sick now so I can exercise

Protein: 134g

Exercise: none

Steps:  6,661

Success: lots of steps and protein

Failure: no exercise


Saturday, August 17, 2024

Calories in: 2,970

Protein: 119g

Exercise: some house cleaning

Steps:  5,228

Success: tracked on a Saturday! I don’t normally do that

Failure: over calorie limit (goal 1970)


Difference from last week: -2

Total lost from start weight: -29
